ICICI Pru Mutual Fund introduces Capital Protection Oriented Fund-Series XI-Plan A2056 Days


ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has launched the ICICI Prudential Capital Protection Oriented Fund Series XI-Plan A 2056 Days, a close ended income scheme. The NFO opens for subscription on November 24, 2016 and closes on December 08, 2016. No entry load and exit load will be applicable for the scheme. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 5000. The scheme’s performance will be benchmarked against CRISIL Composite Bond Fund Index (80%) and Nifty 50 Index (20%) and its fund managers are Vinay Sharma, Rahul Goswami, Chandni Gupta, and Ihab Dalwai. The investment objective of the scheme is to protect capital by investing a portion of the portfolio in highest rated debt securities and money market instruments and also to provide capital appreciation by investing the balance in equity and equity related securities. The debt securities would mature on or before the maturity of the Scheme.


Sundaram Mutual Fund files offers document for Sundaram Arbitrage Fund


Sundaram Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-end equity scheme as “Sundaram Arbitrage Fund”. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit. Entry load will be Nil and Exit Load will be 0.25% if redeemed within 30 days from the date of allotment, and Nil - If redeemed after 30 days from the date of allotment for the scheme. The scheme offers only Growth and Dividend Payout option and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 10 Crores. The scheme will be benchmarked against Crisil Liquid fund Index. The minimum application amount is Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter per application. The investment objective of the scheme is to generate income through arbitrage opportunities between cash and derivative market and arbitrage opportunities within the derivative segment and by deployment of surplus cash in debt securities and money market instruments.


Reliance Mutual Fund introduces Fixed Horizon Fund


Reliance Mutual Fund has launched the Reliance Fixed Horizon Fund XXXII-Series 4, a close ended income scheme. The NFO opens for subscription on November 29, 2016 and closes on December 02, 2016. No entry load and exit load will be applicable for the scheme. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter. The scheme’s performancewill be benchmarked against Crisil Composite Bond Fund Index and its fund manager is Amit Tripathi. The investment objective of the scheme is to generate returns and growth of capital by investing in a diversified portfolio of the following securities maturing on or before the date of maturity of the scheme with the objective of limiting interest rate volatility of Central and State Government securities and other fixed income/ debt securities.


Reliance Mutual Fund introduces Dual Advantage Fixed Tenure Fund X-Plan B


Reliance Mutual Fund has launched the Reliance Dual Advantage Fixed Tenure Fund X-Plan B, a close ended income scheme. The NFO opens for subscription on November 25, 2016 and closes on December 09, 2016. No entry load and exit load will be applicable for the scheme. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 5,000 per option and in multiples of Re 1. The scheme’s performance will be benchmarked against a mix of 80% Crisil Composite Bond Fund Index and 20% Nifty 50 Index and its fund managers are Sanjay H. Parekh and Anju Chajjer. The investment objective of the scheme is to generate returns and reduce interest rate volatility, through a portfolio of fixed income securities that are maturing on or before the maturity of the Scheme along with capital appreciation through equity exposure.


ICICI Prudential AMC announces winding up ICICI Prudential Interval Fund - Half Yearly Interval Plan II with effect from November 22


ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company has announced that ICICI Prudential Interval Fund - Half Yearly Interval Plan II, a debt oriented interval scheme of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, including plans/options there under, has been wound up with effect from November 22, 2016 on account of not meeting the requirement of minimum number of investors.
